You consent for your child to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency.

Elite Soccer Centres cannot be held responsible for any loss or damaged to personal possessions or valuable whilst your child is attending any of our centres.

Permission is given to Elite Soccer Centres to use professionally any pictures / video of partcipants for future Elite Soccer Centre promotional material.

No refunds will be issued on bookings cancelled 7 days prior to the commencement of the event.

In the event of a cancellation a booking fee of £5.00 will be deducted from the refund.
